Only consultation appointments are eligible for rescheduling.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and can be done through the Pets First app or by contacting our support team.
Requests made less than 2 hours before the appointment will not be accommodated.
Once a service is booked and payment is completed, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances
This policy applies to all services, including consultations, vaccinations, home visits, lab tests, and travel certificates.
Missed appointments, no-shows, or late requests to cancel will not be eligible for any form of compensation or credit.
